Honoring Our Fallen on Memorial Day

The 64th Annual Memorial Day Ceremony was held at Tennessee Pass, CO, on Monday, Ma 30. It was wonderful to be back in person this year as more than 100 people came to honor the fallen. Our sincere thanks to the 10th Mountain Living History Display Group for organizing the event and to participants from Fort Drum, NY, Fort Carson, CO, the Norwegian embassy in Washington, DC, the Norwegian consulate in Denver, WWII 99th Infantry Battalion, Rev. Col. (Ret.) Michael James Fay and the Colorado Army National Guard. Thanks to the 4th Infantry Division Brass Quintet and bugler Dr. John Raabe for braving the cold and honoring us with beautiful music, and to the Canon City JROTC color guard. Thank you all for remembering our heroes.
