Joy is a financial advisor and serves as board treasurer for the 10th Mountain Division Foundation. She is the daughter PVT Edwin P. Hadsell 87E and has a BS degree from U.C. Davis. She traveled to Italy with the Descendants group for the first time in 2006. Skiing is a passion and she has participated in the Colorado Ski-In since 2007.
