NOLS Outdoor Educator Certification

The Foundation has partnered with NOLS leadership to offer 10th Mountain veterans the opportunity to earn the NOLS coveted Outdoor Educator Certification for free. This certification is a must-have for anyone interested in pursuing a career in outdoor education or recreation and includes both the Wilderness First Responder and CPR certificates.

Veteran Workforce and Education Track Scholarship

Provides active military personnel and veterans with educational opportunities that support the transition to careers in the outdoor industry. This scholarship will help offset the expenses of membership with PSIA-AASI or National Ski Patrol (NSP) and help cover the cost of education tracks from either PSIA-AASI or NSP.
